* El cargo por cancelación extemporanea y/o No-show es de una noche de hospedaje por cada cápsula reservada.
* las reservaciones realizadas con menos de 48 horas de anticipación NO SON CANCELABLES NI REEMBOLSABLES, en caso de modificación o cancelación se cobrará la primera noche de hospedaje de cada cápsula.

- Children under 12 years old, are not allowed to stay.
- Minors 12 to 18 years old are required to be accompanied by an adult, AND MUST STAY ON AN INDIVIDUAL CAPSULE.
- A CHARGE WILL BE MADE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD UPON RESERVATION FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE FIRST NIGHT OF EACH CAPSULE RESERVED, IF THE CHARGE IS REJECTED BY THE BANK, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED BY THE SYSTEM, AUTOMATICALLY.
- Published rates do not include aplicable Taxes: 16% Sales tax and 3% City Tax, for clarity this taxes are shown separately on your final reservation and invoice.
- check-in time is 13:00 of the arrival date on your reservation, arrivals before check-in time, are subject to availiability, and hourly charges at the current hourly rate.
- check-out time is 10:00 of the departure date shown on your reservation
- late checkout , is possible and subject to availiability, the hotels current hourly rate may apply.
